Mallige residency

Staff service, breakfast and room cleanliness

Can include refrigerator

The hotel was easy to access, has prompt service, courteous staff, spacious and well maintained room & bathroom, good parking space, good quality south Indian complementary breakfast and and attached restaurant with palatable food options.

AC was set on default and we couldn't change settings, although it cooled the room so didnt cause any problem.

Location of the room, ok staff, clean rooms. Enough parking. Even space for overnight parking.

Has some old school policies, like no outside food allowed - reason "they have there own restaurant." . During breakfast my little one did not want to eat so I packed some in a box for later. The hotel staff said that parcel is not allowed for breakfast buffet. More other hotels are giving breakfast on the go.

Great service by the staff. Break fast was good. Clean and neat rooms

All good

Convenient and practical room

An old and tired hotel, the shower was dirty with mold, I had to ask to clean it. Smelt of sewers too

Clean, big room and suoer kind staff manager Bob, who immediately helped us with another room when there was some strange noise in ours. Also helped out with another hotel and phoned a couple of times to help us out, super kind. Breakfast all good, restaurant next door amazing (it was packed all day long and for a good reason!!!).

Wifi was a bit slow in the room, but all good at the reception.

Hotel is located centrally. Its a nice place with good food and excellent service.Rooms are spacious and decently maintained. All the staff are very helpful and serve with a smile.Food at the Parijatha restaurant is tasty and well made.Value for money

Breakfast buffet had enough dishes but could have a bit more variety - it was exactly the same on all 3 days.Shower are in bathroom was not at a different level from the dry area, and so the water was leaking to the dry area.

The entire hotel location is ok, staff is co-operative too but they haven't understood my request to provide me room with morning sunligth view instead they gave me sunset side room, hence the room was badly smells and the washroom hasn't proper exhaust fan that makes all around smell once I locked and left the room.

room view and washroom without or un functional exhaust fan

Mallige Residency is a great place to stay in the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The room has toiletries, electric kettle and packaged tea n coffee ingredients. There's a small closet to store/hang clothes and even a safe to keep our valuables. The room also has chairs and a small table. Complimentary South Indian breakfast was provided on both days and it was quite good. There's just enough parking space to park your car here. There's a pharmacy right in front of this place for any emergency medical needs. We had a great stay here.

A minor issue, but there was a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the corridor/common area on our floor each time stepping in and out of the room.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The check-in was smooth and the staff were cooperative too. The parking area was convenient.

The location, the personnel and the room was confortable, very good experience!

Clean rooms, interconnected rooms, peaceful location

Wanted ub rotti, was provided with normal अक्की and रागी routine which were so so

Avoid this miserable hotel in Hassan

Nothing was good. The room and the bathroom were dirty. The linen and the towels had stamps and were torn. Restaurant was exclusively for veg and breakfast had nothing to eat. The worst of all, we found numerous wasps in the room. We asked for a non veg restaurant and the receptionist recommended a restaurant that was not good, so we recommend to avoid asking him for such information.

Comfortable Stay, Staffs are super cooperative.Breakfast was very good.

Not much

Restaurant was poorly staffed. Average fare. Did not try breakfast. Room was ok. Location of hotel below expectation

Breakfast was boring. Exactly the same menu everyday

Bathroom could have been better. Water logging is a big issue in shower area

Comfortable clean room. Well informed by staff.

Very friendly staff, big and clean rooms, quiet location, great breakfast. All in all it is an excellent value.

The property is just starting to show the effects of wear and tear. There are some stains on the chairs and walls etc. The curtains are a little dirty. I would urge the management to pay attention to such small details to make sure this property doesn't lose its charm.

Location was Ok for my requirements. The room was comfortable and adequate. The breakfast was Ok (not great).

The bathroom tiles get very slippery when wet.We wanted some milk which we tried ordering around 9:45 pm - they said they could not provide it

Very well run hotel. The staff were polite and helpful and the room was comfy and clean. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing comes to mind.
